hi ya all

I've been reading this forums on here for the last 18 months and finally joined about a month ago.

I'm 175cm tall and 89kg at 20 %bf at mo \:D/ (was 98kg and about 27%bf at xmas) and my focus at the moment is getting to 15%bf while tonning and strenghtening my muscles. then the focus will move to building more upper body mass with delts and triceps needing extra work.

am eating a pretty clean low carb high protein diet one carb reload a week and doing 3 days strenght and 3 days cardio at the gym.

I'd just like to say how much advice and insperation you've all given to me over the last year and you didn't even know it :clap: lol.

legs are looking pretty good seeing some defination in cafs and quads already. and i can feel some nice hams and gluts forming but need to lose more bf before i'll see those (damn that fat ass of mine lol) but i am keeping up the leg work with the three potion seated leg press my fav. great for burning more cals and my hubby has requested (politely :pfft: ) that I dont let my ass get too small. thankfully I've spent the last 7 years in on my feet and never had an easy or desk job all mod to heavy manual labour. so lower body dosen't need a lot of work more fat loss than anything at mo.
