Hi, I'm Duane, I'm from south Auckland, working out at Don Olivers 24/7 by the airport.

Been working out for about 3 years, my mrs got me into it.

I helped her (with training and support) to compete in her 1st "figure" comp at the Auckland nzfbb champs in 09 and last year she returned the favour by helping me compete "twice" (in classic class) 1st was in the bay of plenty- didn't place because there were around 8-10 of us competing, 2nd was in Auckland where I placed 2nd (out of 2 of us :roll: ) both were the "Country of Origin" qualifiers, and I LOVED it...

Blew me away and am keen as to enter nabba this year BUT...My problem is motivation :oops: ...I lost it over the xmas break...

My gym is open 24/7 so I don't have any excuses not to go but I've just lost it.

Can anyone give me any help?

I know that the only person to get me there IS me, but any tips or advise would be great.

I'm 187cm and at the mo I'm 92kg and 15% bf, last years comp weight was 83kg at 5%, this year I want to hit mid-high 80s at 5%
