Hey guys,

Wanting to start a bulk (after having been on a cut) and need some help to suss the final parts of my diet. Got some help from a BBer with a sample diet which in there opinion would be one of the cheapest ways since I am still at school.

Stats:

Age: 17

Height: 5'7

Weight: 62KG

B.F%: Approx 8% (will confirm when I see my PT)

M1: (Breakfast)

6 Pieces of Wheatbix w/ milk and 1x tbsp brown sugar

M2: (Morning Tea)

2 Sandwiches with brown bread and peanut butter

2x serving of whey

some form of fruit

M3: (Lunch)

200g chicken with 1 cup of rice and veges or salad

M4: (Afternoon Tea- pre workout)

2 Sandwiches with brown bread and peanut butter

2x serving of whey

M5: (Post Workout)

1x serving of whey + banana

M6: (Dinner)

Some form of protein and carbs, so I guess would be a 200gram lean cut of meat and pasta or rice etc

M7: (Before bed)

1x TBSP peanut butter

15 unsalted almonds

I'm thinking it would be better to cut out the pre-workout to 1 serving of whey and change it to one before bed? Haven't added up the macros yet but thought I'd see what you guys reckon. Is it worth it to get a mass gainer?

Cheers

Oh sweet, yeah I would probably just use the wheatbix for now (cause thats what the old lady has bought) and just put em all into the blender.

Is it important to count all my calories etc for a bulk? Or as long as I am getting over say 2800 is it fine?
