yeh , guess you guys think, what is he doing on this new zealand bodybuilding forum.

That is just because he launched his website and I thought why not tell those guys in new zealand.

I always help him with the competition and so on...

We started to work out together, but he was blasting his way!! only progression more and more.. it was unbelieveble. On his website you can check the before after pics!! First he had some mass but also a lot of bodyfat, than he started to diet. Check the results!
