Ratios for Bench Squat Dlift

I wouldnt be overly worried too much about ratios....thats something for bodybuilders with their tape measures.

Its fair to say that by concentrating on the larger muscle groups more you would be geared towards a higher total but you wouldnt want to put on the brakes for your 150 bench while you pull the others up.

There are no prizes for 'best ratio'

Your best bet is to try and move as much weight as you can in each exercise and aim for your best total. Some people are better genetically suited to some lifts more than others. Personally I squat more than I dead, am I worried about this? Not at all.

Its all about your body shape and genetics! dont worry too much about ratio's like others have said. As long as all of your lifts are getting better, your winning.

In some cases it could be technique. I have been modifying my technique latley and although this has reduced my squat its going to pay off in the end.

Mabe you could get someone who knows their stuff to have a look at your technique?

I squat a hell of a lot more than I can deadlift

Lol bro bodybuilders don't care about ratios... this kind of thing is for powerlifters who care about how much they lift. Bodybuilders just train, I personally don't care what someone else does, all I care about is whether or not I can lateral raise more than I can tricpe kickback ha ha ha ha

1/ 1.5 / 2.7349 to be exact

Geez Bobsta are you an accountant :pfft: thats a pretty exact figure youve come up with.Sadly my deadlift dosent quite get there.

Perhaps you have an equation for how many heinekins it will take to get a 105kg 50 year old to get pissed in front of the rugby on Friday night. :D

To be honest gasp, its not recomended for 50year olds to stay up passed 7pm, so I would say none :pfft:
