What can I say.... I just competed in Oct 2004 in the Wellington Champs coming a close third but not quite so the plan is to gain sum real muscle mass for Oct 2005 and go in ripped. Can't wait to chat with you all and gain sum wicked knowledge.

I went to the Oct Champs in WLG in prep for the comp in May that I want to compete in! This will be my first and I'm a bit anxious about how fast my bodyfat should be dropping? I'm seeing changes (11 weeks to go, dieting since 16 weeks) but I'm sure I should be seeing more?

I know most of it comes down to dieting and I'm really not too sure on what or how much to eat at each meal.

What's the recommended meat weight and how many cups of veges/salad should I aim for?

My weight has been constant for 3 weeks after a huge loss of 2.5kg in 2 weeks?

Any advice appreciated!
