Sweet tooth

Just a quick question,

I have a very sweet tooth and I am looking for something to help, I normally turn to lollies but I know they are bad, and want something to help replace it.

Anyway...... I also have a problem that the week that I do my offical weigh I normally go on a lollie binge. I have moved my offical weigh day till the first friday in march in hopes that I can find something to help.... Many thanks for your help....

Once you cut them out for good you won't actually crave them. Your "sweet tooth" is more a habit than anything else. Someone told me it takes 3 days to kill the cravings and 3 weeks to kill the habit. And its so true. But as soon as you give in and have something sweet again your body immediately starts craving it all the time again. Bite the bullet and go cold turkey.

Trust me coz I used to not be able to start the day without chocolate coated raspberry licorice!!!

Thanks everyone, I think that I might just have to try the sugarfree V... the only thing that I dont like with the V is that it has caffeine in it, and I am trying not to have any (again another habit that I have given up and doing well at). But hey this is life and I really like the sugarfree V. So I might just have to work on it and try my best. Thanks everyone
