NABBA/WFF International President Grahame Lancefield has announced that 'after Lee Priest guest poses at the NABBA/WFF Adelaide GP and does his seminar before the NABBA/WFF International Melbourne, Lee's makes his debut with NABBA in the Professional Mr Universe contest in England on October 29th.'

Good on Lee. He's had a pretty raw deal from IFBB & the Weider Team. Granted much of it is his own fault but you cant take away from him that hes had a great physique & has been overlooked in mant competitions because of his non conforming attitude. Wonder if his buddy Moe will be next to join GL's Team Pro

Be very interesting to see how a top placing Olympia competitor places in NABBA! Lets hope he can nail his conditioning as it seams everybody else does lol

I think Lee Priest would do well on any stage in any federation.. he is just a freakshow. For strength and in bodybuilding. You have no idea how much crazy muscle this guy carries until you see him in person.

Interestingly enough not many guys who switch from NABBA to the IFBB pro ranks do very well. With some noteable exceptions of course.

A friend of mine went to US & met a few pro's, his comment was Lee stood out the most due to his freakiness!

I wouldn't expect competitors from other feds to do well in IFBB Pro League. Without being a stirrer it is my understanding (and no I don't know first hand!) that it gets very political at that level, and competitors really need to have campaigned to place (history of shows & appearances, meet & greet officials etc).

NABBA-WFF seem to avoid politics to a certain extent (although like in any Organisation I'm sure they exist to some degree) so a drawcard like Lee should be a great win for them & no doubt Lee will be judged on the package he brings to the stage rather than his competitive history (or his disproportionately large opinions! :grin: ).

Personally I cant wait to see him hit the stage again!
