Cardio Queen

Hi everyone

I've been browsing the forums for a while now and thought it was about time I signed up to contribute :)

I've been working out for about 6 years doing mostly cardio (hence the name). Started doing resistance training the last few years but never really got into it - always rushed through the workouts and never really pushed myself. Decided to start this year off completely different and I'm very happy with what I've acheived. Only do cardio 3 times a week now which is very weird, but loving the challenge of weight training and seeing my puny muscles get bigger.

Look forward to chatting with the characters in the forums :) - there seem to be a few of them ; )
