at the mo im having caesin,milk,flax oil and glutamine just before bed. but my caesin is nearly out

im looking for ways or ideas to eat cottage cheese to make it edible :roll:

peanut butter with it? and milo?

what does everyone eat?

down a few steaks maybe

Protein Frogurt

150g thawed mixed berries (or banana)

125g lite cottage cheese

2 serves whey (I use NutraWhey unflavoured from bodybuilding.co.nz)

Blend til smooth, add a few drops of liquid sweetener (to taste). Bung it in the freezer for 2-3 hours. It should be set on top and around the sides but thickly runny inside. Nummy
