hay guys, Just few opinions needed.

Never done clen before, Just want to cut done some excess fat.

Train well,eat good.

But thoughts on clen cycle length?

At the mo about to start .5ml a day for a week then 1.0ml once my body accepts it more.

Doing 3 weeks on it,

At 100mcg/ml 0.5ml would be a good place to start and you can build this up by "feel" to 140mcg/day.

Clenbuterol really taxes the beta 2 receptors and therefore you will get the best out of it in the first 2 weeks and at 4 weeks the receptors are pretty much fried and it is a good idea to cease the course at 4 weeks. There are sedative antihistamine supplements you can take that will keep the receptors fresh and extend the effectiveness of Clenbuterol.

The side effects from Clen are usually shaky hands, anxiety, head aches, dehydration and core body temperature increase. If you drink plenty of water and increase sodium and potassium at the same time, the worst of these side effects can be avoided. The side effects will dissipate within 3-5 days of continual use. The fat burning effect continues long after the negative side effects have subsided.

Is 200mcg that bad? I've wandered up slightly above that before lol...

1ml at 200mcg! the highest I go is around .3

In the past I've ramped up to 5-6 40mcg tabs...it wasnt that bad.

TBH with all the shit I was on back then I couldnt tell which side effect came from which drug.

Never used tabs only liquid and powder, but powder was about 10 years ago.

f*ck thats hard bro the most i taken at peak dose was 4 40 mcg tabs and i was on edge the hole time could only handel that for a week or so before sticking with three but then again im a light weight

1st 50mcg this morning and wow haha im happy i didnt do more lol shaking was intense and the hollow feeling,

Ill keep it at 50mcg atleast for 2-3 more days wait and see when i can handle bit more. Just doing 3 weeks.

Unless you getting ready for a comp I dont see why you would use Clen. change your diet and do more cardio I see clen being more useful when dropping those last few lbs in the last couple of months leading up to a comp

The Liquid Clen currently available around the traps is accurately dosed at 100mcg/ml. It is wise to start at 1/2ml or 50mcg ed (can be split up into 2 doses am & pm). 100mcg is generally in the zone for most people. You can go as high as 150mcg (1.5mls) but its somewhat dependant on body weight & how used your body is to CNS stims. Also your work environment may play a part in how much you use. Sitting in an airconditioned office with a wet shirt & splashing the coffee all over your buddy, is not a good look :grin:
