sorry cant remember its name it was about weight loss, and 10 things to work on, quite interesting and supports a lot of info i have learnt here, the net, and from experience

one bloody funny part was watching that fat cow get told she was fat cos she ate too much....she was adamant she had a slow metabolism, kept active, but was resigned to being fat as that was just the way she was.

anyway they made her keep a video diary for 4 or 5 days then a written one for 4 or 5 more, and over the total time they had some magic potion that she drank and when tested from urine could tell the total cals eaten and expended.

so the look on her face came after she recorded from memory 1100cals per day on video, but actually was eating 3000, then for the written diary she recorded something like 1550 vs 3000 actual, they told her she forgot what she ate and 'underreported' ROFLMAO

lots of other good stuff to like a good bit of dairy in your diet doubles the amount of fat passed through the body and not digested

prime i think....not sky for sure lol

mainly stuff most of us would know!!

some other things where (for weight loss)

use smaller plates

eat soup, rather than drink a glass of water with a meal, meaning puree food with water, it stays in the stomach longer

high protein meals take longer to digest

dont skip bfast

you loose more weight after doing exercise than during the activity

and the dairy thing i mentioned already, over a year it worked out to be about 2kg less fat was digested by included dairy into your diet (and keeping total cals the same)
