best protein shake ever!

I like to try new things, and so tonight I decided "Why not mix fruit schweppes with vanilla protein powder?". The answer; I actually don't know. BUT it tastes fucking amazing. Like ice cream and fizzy drink. However, shaking it is a bit of a hassle 'cause of all the gasses trying to escape the shaker so you have to keep opening it to let it out. I have no idea why I did it, but I do not regret it

Hahahaha. I opened mine and it made the biggest pop sound I've ever heard. Left my ear ringing for about 2 minutes hahaha

Choclate Mint Whey Protein mixed with frozen apple. (In chilled Water) .... Sounds nasty ... but great on a hot day. (Have also done with oranges and tastes like a big Jaffa).

Yeah, magazines blend easier, but dvds and videos are obviously the best.
