Which protein to get?

Im looking into getting either Bioplex 100% whey or NutraTech Whey and was wondering if anyone was able to give me some advice on which of the two would be a better option. Looking at getting the 10kg packs from XtremeNutrition for the Bioplex ($280) or NutraTech ($300) from bodybuilding.co.nz.

They both look pretty similar. From what I could see the bioplex looks unflavoured? If thats true I would go for the Nutra-Whey just because I like my protein to be flavoured.

Yeah when it comes to WPC pick the cheapest they r all similar protein-wise.

WPI though read the label and don't get the cheaper ion-exchange Isolate, get the cross-flow filtrated. Cheap one uses heat in the processing which ruins protein for bio-availability...even though the tests will still show 90% protein it be as useful as Melamime was.

All ion-exchange stuff is cheap so easy to spot...BioPlex Isolate doesn't say what process was used so it's a gamble tbh

We used to truck through the 22LB buckets of Bioplex Whey here. My herb garden grows in old Bioplex buckets.

We shifted to EAT ME because of the price match and we could order a mixture of 10 flavours instead of buckets all of one flavour. Rebagging it to split it between the lads was always fun.

Bioplex is solid value for 10kg.

Justabout finished my optimum gold and noticed that the doms was no where near as bad with this product. Expensive though compared with standard protein. Would buy again closer to competition date.

I have just purchased 4kg of eatme and will give that a crack for the next month :wink:
