Better late than never... this Saturday, up at Powerhouse Gym, 272 Taranaki Street, Central Districts Powerlifting Association is hosting the Powerhouse Open,

 

59 lifters - 26 women, 33 men, including at least 9 competitors on their way to the Asia-Oceania Powerlifting Champs in Christchurch from 5-11 December.

Should be a great day's lifting.
