The first CDPA event of the year is on tomorrow up at Powerhouse Gym in Taranaki Street
52 lifters, five flights (two in the morning, weigh in at 8am, lifting starts at 10am) and three in the afternoon.
Should be a great day - a lot of new lifters having a go, along with CDPA regulars in all classes from Sub-Junior to Masters.
Spectators free.
