Seems almost every post from you has some underlying tone directed at a GPC member. Just let it go I think the health related one was a subtle stab too
FellowshipOfTheRon
i still wanna know what exactly it is that makes these guys so strong, is it that they pretty much only train bench (because its more or less all they can train for) , therefore have specialist long term programming for this? or really all just comes down to good old fashioned unadulterated pure raw strength? Skeletor
You should contact her direct and talk with her bro instead of trying to ruin her character online constantly. I'm not sure what she did to you that hurt you so much but obviously we know two different people because to me she's an awesome caring person who'd pull the skin off her own back to help others. Why do you hate her so much that you have to attack her all the time? Shes doing a bloody good job with the GPC and we ALL respect her. I'd defend you in the exact same way if somebody attacked you as a lifter I just can't understand what happened between you two that had caused such a rift. It's borderline bullying man and you really need to speak to her to sort it out. It just seems like you're hell bent on destroying her and the GPC but it's just reflecting back on you. Flick her a message man .

Probably a mixture of things. The fact that their upper body strength comes in a lot stronger than the average guy due to the fact they use it for everything , even getting around , pull ups, climbing and pushing etc. Their arms become their legs. So technically beautiful to watch . I'd have to say I couldn't see benching ever getting into Olympics with the arch being allowed. After all its an upper body lift. These guys even though they can't use legs have to have ankles flat on bench or fail. It's a true raw bench.

I recall reading or being told they have over development of nerve function in there upper body due to there deformation of their lower limbs. I wouldn't take that as gospel, maybe someone else could confirm ?
