I did from 16yo, I must say that my 3 younger brothers did not have to and probably  still aren't,  I did have a full time job, still only paid $8 an hour for like the first full year. board was $100 a week which I thought was pretty rough, but then again it taught me to pay my way, and I did get a car etc off my old man

I wish my parents were tough on me and did what was best for me, but instead they tried to 'accept' my aspergers and now I am so useless.

I wish they beat me with a cane everyday till I interacted with my peers normally, made friends, stopped being naieve, got a job etc.

That is why I am a sadomasochist / submissive dominator now, because I feel being beaten and abused will help me atone for my mistakes.

Not blaming my parents fully either, I keep fucking up at life and I take responsibility for that.

GOOD DAY OF EATING!!!

 

Half Cup Cottage Cheese

Yogurt Tub

600g Rice with 100g Mince

Protein Bread x 2

Egg x 3

Low - Sugar Ice Tea 1.25L

Tuna x 2 cans

Chicken 150g

Noodle Stirfry 300g

 

180g PROTEIN  = PR

332g Carbs

57g Fat

 

Also how much sugar do you guys normally consider the 'limit' for overall health? Not too concerned with fat gain atm

I'm not sure if there is a RDI for sugar? only carbohydrates? 

 

I try to avoid going over 60-70g a day and my bloods show no sign of diabetes, so maybe safe place to start. Probably an individual thing though. 

 

Got to remember even a banana has around 25g of sugar.  I eat half a block of dark chocolate every night to get calories in. Low in sugar, high in fat.

My mom made a pot of the fried rice and I felt it was time to challenge myself!

Ate at breakfast so probs because I would have been hungrier.

 

Also im not small br0. Just not very big either.

I think he means cooked rice. :-P

 

Which is a much more reasonable 3 cups, and ~150g carbs.

Okay yea that's a lot easier to imagine, that's only 1 cup of uncooked rice, I thought he meant 3 cups uncooked lol.

Keep this up and you won't be so small Gyzz. Which yes you are. I'm probably a bit biased though as I don't see myself as being big yet either.

Lol well to be fair I have been in Gyzz's position before and I thought I was big at 80kg too. I would have sworn to you black and blue that if I got to 85kg I would be massive and not be able to get any bigger. The longer I've spent in the game the further I see I have to go.

Well that makes two of us, I think once I'm scared to look in the mirror I'll be big hahaha

This was my diet yesterday gyzz. Breakfast- Massive mc muffin, bacon and egg mc muffin, hash brown, english breakkie wrap, 1 medium orange juice. Lunch- 500ml rum, 1.5 litre coke. Dinner- megga mac, medium fries, 1/2 pound angus burger, 1 medium raspberry soda. Followed by 1 litre of water and a multi vit.

gyzz my diet today is as follows

 

m1 1.5 cup oats. 60gm whey

m2 550g chicken breast. 1 cup (raw weight) white rice. mixed veg

m3 2x toast, 180gm tuna

m4 400g chicken breast. 1 cup white rice. mixed veg

 

about 3-4 coffees with dark blue milk over the day because i enjoy them

 

if i was going to gym today i'd have a coffee with 25gm dextrose pre workout, and a shake post workout, but im not cos im sick

 

enough of this 100gm mince and protein bread nonsense son

what size tuna cans do you eat?

 

maybe shop around or hit your dad up and tell him where the specials are if he buys it for you.

 

mad butcher has chicken often 10-11$/kg.

 

or if you're keen on mince get the 1kg 10$ value pack from countdown. 4$/day 400grams a day, thats a good start,

 

if you just dont spend your money on weed or obscure illegal porn site subscriptions you will be able to eat like a king.

 

hitting protein goal for a day shouldnt be an achievement, should be the norm so have a think about what you're eating and reshuffle so its not such a chore for you to eat enough.

 

4.90 pepperoni pizza from dominos has a decent amount of protein somehow from memory lol

Haha im stingy as fk its my parents that arent lol. Eventually I will buy my own food. But I say buy the (cheap brand of meat / carbs / other food etc) then they go out and buy the most expensive thing you can possibly imagine and say 'its for my own good'. Its all about social prestige or something, common in indian / asian families.

Next year I will buy my own stuff lol.

 

Thanks for the aware though, will take a look around for good deals.

tell them u need 1kg eye fillet a day because u want to bring your family as much glory as sachin tendulkar
