I listen to music while I workout, n I need to update my songlist... are there any songs in particular that get you pumped up? Jus need some ideas... or maybe list your 5 fave songs or sumthin?

Agree, the ipod is fantastic for shutting off from everythng else that is happening around you and leaves your mind focused on what you are aiming for all while you are listening to the sounds you love best. I find fast up beat music etc hardhouse and techno great, but this is what I am into anyway but I'm sure there are quite a few who are to differ.
