Hey all, I'm looking to improve my bench press form.

I have a habit of dropping my elbows in line with my shoulders, but looking on google I should be tucking elbows in by the side?

Have found I get a bit of stress on wrists if my grip is wide, so usually grip in at shoulder distance - maybe this is why.

Is there any problem with not tucking shoulders? I want to work on technique so I can start trying to push my weights up.
