i know theres pre workout supps, and post workout ones...each doing their individual thing, but does anyone use supplements during workouts?

if so, what?

im looking for something to keep me going, re-fueling as i train.

a carbohydrate liquid supplement.

any ideas?

xtend is all good :)

i got some off bodybuilding.com

I couldnt tell you if its helped a lot as i am taking it with A-AKG powder and creatine, but the two combined is like an NO supplement. Great pre and during drink, ive had slightly more energy or a stronger contraction during those last reps, dont know if thats a mental thing though lol, like my magic drink.

Any who I think even a lil glucose in ya water or a bcaa powder would help?

cheers for the replys.

im training around 2 hours a session.

the bcaa powder doesnt have any CHO, kinda what i need as im more endurance based.

alot of martial arts and cardio training atm.

wonder if i could mix it up with some powder poweraid :think:

the xtend seems like the bizzo, again no carbs tho...

i was using sizeon, thats awsome stuff. was looking for something a little less pricey and more focussed on fueling rather than bulking.
