Is that a possible result of AAS use at such a young age? messing with puberty and the following years or something?

It does look like he's had the gyno taken care of, saw some pictures from around a year ago or so and it was quite noticeable back then.

Regardless of all that, what a genetic freak, it'll be really interesting to see how it all pans out for him in a few years time.
