TRAINING AT TEMPLE

hey all i am thinking of starting to train at Temple Gym, here in Birmingham. just wondering if anyone has trained there? I've been in there a couple of times to train and it seems alright. but i haven't done a regular 5pm training session. how busy does it get. the place isn't big so it would be good to get an idea of crowd.

Looks like a mean old school gym from what I've seen in videos, can't be bad since Dorian owns and runs it.

Sorry I've never been there so can't answer your questions, but if I was over that way it'd be the top of my list of places to train.

yeah it's definitely a gym that means business. Seen the big man there a couple of times, but i don't think he owns it anymore. i think he sold it to another body builder there, so he can concentrate on the nutrition side of things. If any of you are up this way feel free to drop a line and come in

I have only seen photos of the Temple gym in Flex it dose look like a hard core gym.

Can't really gauge it though as it seems most of the big lads only go there during the day. so after work it's pretty empty. have seen dorian there though, have yet to meet him
