I heard something about muscletechs new supplement on the horizon. This is top classified secret so no one can say anything, but i hear its supposed to combine the anabolic components of thermogain, the steroid like effects of pump tech, and the godzilla-like mass produced by cell tech.

Its supposed to be called...Creathermopump-tech. This is classified information, straight from the labs at muscletech. One test subject took two capsules of creathermopump-tech and his skin instantly turned black. A few seconds later, his eyes became bloodshot and he suddenly started screaming "YEAH BUDDY LIGHT WEIGHT!" He had to be restrained, as he suddenly started begging for grits and barbecue chicken. Word is that Creathermopump-tech is so powerful, it may be banned before it hits the shelves.

I actually watched Ronnie's DVD the other day. Apart from the shocking camera-work, I quite enjoyed it. I got a good laugh out of hearing such a big guy do such a high-pitched sqeal after each set... "Whooooo!"

Oh yeah - Ronnie's lifts were alright too, I guess... :wink:

ha, ive seen a lot of the videos and ive goto say ronnies are the most interesting

The all time best "training" video is Pumping Iron you can get it on DVD for about $30 from Blockbuster.

Real weights real training by "real" bodybuilders not freaks. Sure Arnold, Franco and Lou were geared up but the guys these days are "unrealistic" and as for the training vids they are hopeless the only one i have seen that was any good was Dorians as he actually looked like he was training hard...not sure about Ronnies heard it was ok....

ive seen the origonal PI on vhs and the 25 yr anaversary dvd, goto say i was disapointed with both. i thought dorians blood & guts was boring as, flex wheelers was pretty lame, ive seen a couple of shawnrays and thought they were good, jay cutlers latest is BORING, markus ruhl's made in germany dvd sux imo.. you have 2 take this into account when u are thinking about getting one of these : they wont show you how to train. its just more of a chance to see your favorate bb training and showing off/screwing around. there is no magic training routine or formula, everyone is different. id say all of the videos/dvds are strictly entertainment only. including arnolds PI, if u see the new dvd he talks about how a lot of it was STAGED. check it out for yourself.
