:twisted: im new to this site so here is a bit about me, been bodybuilding for about 9 years now, currently weigh 100kgs am 6ft 2 tall, i havent done a comp and dont really want to, its not my thing, just enjoy the training and results i get from it, was training very seriously a few years ago and weighed about 118 kg, but found had no time for anything else with all the extra sleep and the amount of money was spending on food, supplements etc. so now would like to get to 105 kg and stay there, strenth is slowly getting up there to what it used to be when i was my biggest, for my training i am going as heavy as possible with lower reps, which i find suits my body type as i this type of training gives me great results both in strength and size increase.

thanks all, am going to try some different supplements soon, starting with creatine, have tried most of them with the last one being phosphagen hp, did not like it all, didnt get any results of that one compared to others ive used, what brand creatine or creatine type products you guys use? is that liquid still around? that had to be the biggest waste of money ive tried.
