You could be a bench specialist, like the great man himself Tonka, he has a PB comp bench of 305kg at 125kg+ class, but not sure on his RAW bench (maybe its 260kg?).

HAD TO CUT IT SHORT ELSE WOULDVE BEEN LATE FOR WORK! EX PL THAT WORKS AT THE GYM WAS GIVING ME TIPS ON THE DEADLIFTS, SAID I HAD EXCELLENT FORM. AND THAT I SHOULD BE LIFTING 200KG+ B4 THE END OF THE YEAR. EVEN TRIED TO SQUAT!! 60KG 2R OUCH, NOPE KNEES STILL SORE

MAYBE, THINK ID HAVE TO LEAVE MY JOB IF I WANTED TO GET REALLY SERIOUS ABOUT IT 60-72HOUR SHIFTS A WEEK AND BOUNCIN EVERY 2ND WEEKEND IS TAXING. IM LUCKY TO GET 4HOURS SLEEP A NIGHT AND HAVE BEEN DOING THAT SHIT FOR COMING UP TO 1YEAR. SEE HOW MY NEXT MONTH OF TRAINING GOES!

MY GOALS

WAS THINKING OF JOINING THE POLICE BUT FAILED MY RUN BY 45SEC (BW WAS 120KG, GUTTED IM NOT BUILT FOR MID DISTANCE RUNNING) SO FUTURE IS PRETTY OPEN TO SOME HEAVY ASS LIFTING!

I WANNA STAY INJURY FREE, THAT IS MY MAIN CONCERN I GUESS

BENCH 220KG FOR 1R, 180KG FOR 6R (FEELS MEAN WHEN YOU START PUTTING ON THAT 4TH PLATE AY)

DEADLIFT 200KG+

SQUAT ANYTHING AS LONG AS ITS PAIN FREE!

23 INCH ARMS AND BICEPS THAT PEAK (SETTLE FOR 21S BY THE END OF THE YEAR THOUGH)

INCREASE SHOULDER STRENGTH+SIZE (LOTS OF POTENTIAL HERE I THINK, NOW THAT THEY ARE PAIN FREE FULLY RECOVERED ITS GONNA BE INTERESTING TO SEE HOW THEY RESPOND TO TRAINING)

STAY AWAY FROM BK TRIPLE WHOPPERS!! WITH HEAVY MAYO AND BARBECUE SAUCE THESE MOFOS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL

Still though, mean bench (whether u compete or not). My best was 185kg in comp at 110kg (shoulda been more :doh: ) LOL

IVE GOT THE FLU!! DID A SHOULDER WORKOUT ON SAT BUT I WAS FEELING SO BAD THE WEIGHTS WERENT EVEN WORTH RECORDING. WENT TO THE DOCTOR ON MONDAY FOR SOME ANTIBIOTICS TO HELP ME GET OVER IT ASAP..
