I to go to Indian. The one I go to make's a clean Dhal dish made with spinach, tomato and cauliflower with chicken tikka. It has no cream or butter or ghee in it. No rice or bread as it's too late in the day for that. The best way to bulk is to eat very clean food only, as shit food only makes you fat.

Probably the most highly debated aspect of bodybuilding nutrition, I tend to disagree with you, but what works for me may not work for you and vise versa
