poos_n_wees
Well, it's actually called "Leigh Ann's Banana Bread" but I can't remember which Recipe forum I copied it from... But this ere's the original version, and its pretty easy to adapt and change:2/3 c oats (raw)1 sc banana pp (She used American Whey)1 egg whiteCinnamon to tasteSplenda to tastePreheat oven to 180C.Combine all ingredients and add enough water to make a thick batter. Then put in a well greased mini loaf pan. Cook until the middle has set (approx. 20 minutes.) Let cool/serve.Per serving (makes 2)Cals 202 Fat: 3gSodium: 121 mgCarbs: 29gFiber 5 gSugar: 0.5gProtein: 14 gI made a few changes to it by adding in about 1/2 mashed banana (whats a banana cake with no bananas?!!) and 1/2 tsp baking soda to lighten the texture a bit. You can always change things up by switching ingredents - vanilla or chocolate PP instead of banana, or adding chopped apples or applesauce for apple/cinnamon bread etc. It's a pretty versatile recipe
