IronGame Posted October 31, 2007 Report Share Posted October 31, 2007 Haven't heard of this being done but it would make sence to use small amounts of insulin with each meal of your pre contest carb up to fully saturate muscle cells with glycogon, there would be little chance of increase adipoise tissue over this small time frame, and It "in theroy" would increase utilization of carbohydrate's.Well it makes sence in my head anyway Has anyone had any experance with this, or can see any major flaws in the theory? Well it makes sence in my head anyway Has anyone had any experance with this, or can see any major flaws in the theory?i have heard of this. use act-rapid or similar. i have asked and asked bout this and cant find any flaws imo. although iv found some people just dont believe in it.i think it would work based on that when i used insulin off season i used at the gym and ate glucose, carbs etc and felt pumped as and full as. so i think itll work.ill post something on sunday about it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
