blairandkelly Posted October 29, 2007 Report Share Posted October 29, 2007 cook them bro better bioavailability , i used to eat em raw just cause i was lazy but once i found out that cooking will give you 100% bioavailability from them i started cooking em , end of the day more bang for your buck the way i see it... pasturised liquid whites are sweet as to drink no nastys and 100% bioavailability, never was sick from eating em though must have a cast iron gut.
