does it matter?

a couple of days here and there wont hurt you too much.. just dont make a habit of it. if you are sick of eating, have you considered you may be over-eating or didnt increase your diet gradually if your a beginner?

i made the mistake of eating 3200 calories straight off when before that i was lucky to get 1800 before, this made me feel sick of food aswell, but i gradually increased my diet from 1800 to 3200 by adding 2-300 calories a week
