hey thnk very much for da advices :) . im 18 y/o male with approximately 72 kg of body weight(on bulk up mode atm) and i've been trainin almost nearly 9 months nw. ma goal here is trying to gain 15 lb of hard rock muscles :grin: and well my routine is not really stable tho i've tried HST routine from http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wotw39.htm 3 months ago and it did work on me :nod: honestly i've never been on any supps b4 but i wud keen to try em 1d :nod: :D

In the past i've tried a lot of work outs and dey did seem to work very well on me (no strength and mass gained) so i kept ma work outs changing every 2 months dat wat i tried to say b4

and

My diet was very poor as ya can see from the lists below;

Breakfast: 2 serving of weetbix with plain milk.

Lunch: 3 slices of cheese sandwiches, 1 glass of plain milk and an apple.

Supper: loads of carbs n proteins like steak, rice, mashed potato n some green vegies.

your not seeing any gains because you are changing your training routine too much and not getting adequite nutrition.

nutrition is 70% of your training, get that right and you WILL grow. read up on nutrition and make sure your eating the right foods particularly enough protein at the right times.

stick to a simple routine utilising heavy compound movements.

it wont happen if you do not get these two right and it will take a while but well worth it in the end.

i was in the same situation as you a few weeks ago (about 70kg), except i was putting in the training and just toning up but not seeing any mass or real results so the last 4 weeks iv been eating a lot better and put on 6 kg and can still clearly see my abs...... nutrition really is just that important ay :nod:

stay off the forum if you or anyone else using your username are going to posts bullshit like that you weasel.

aroundme : good on ya mate, you are still young and obviously keen to get into it and thats the most important thing. Good on you for posting your pics, i hate people that put down the young guys because we were all young once and the thing that young guys just starting out need most is lots of encouragement.

Keep your training simple, lift heavy and do the basic compound movements, get some decent protein powder and try and eat more meat, fish, chicken, eggs, and a good mix of vege and carbs like pasta, and rice.

You are still growing and don't have a heap of solid muscle yet, so dont even think about taking anything stronger than creatine. just eat heaps, train hard and push yourself every time you get in the gym and the results will come.

You have got good shape, decent delts, and look like you might have a good shot a building a decent physique if you give it shit.

on the other note, i would have to agree with nzpt. nutrition is the foundation.

eat clean (complex carbs, high protein) and you'll be swt mate. replace the cheese sandwich with brown rice and chicken, and replace the weetbix with protein shake with oats. try to keep away from spuds unless your training at night.

King Leonidus, if there's a problem with your password, I suggest you change it, because continued posts like that will get you banned.

This is also an old topic, so I'm not sure if Aroundme is still around, but we all have to start somewhere. And for what it's worth, I was much smaller than that when I started (not that I'm huge now, but I'm a lot bigger than I was).
