Dragonlor
Hey just wondering if it is safe to eat say 400+ grams of tinned tuna a day, as i heard about the mercury levels in some species of tuna maybe become a problem over time. mariano404
I'm a big fan of tuna and seafood. I usually eat 2 or 3 cans a day and had no problems, but I also alternate with shrimps and squid with rice. Its cheap on chinese groceries, has almost no fat, has omega 3 and the protein content is preety good. And unlike the chicken you dont need to trim any fat.
