Water retention - Dbol

How much water retention should you expect takinf dbol? I have taken up to 40 mg a day, and I can't say I have any. Also, I seem actually to be getting a bit more ripped. However, I am having week-ends off, so this dosage is only 5 days a week.

What are other people's experience with dbol.

I am taking 2 * 20 mg dbol daily weekends off. I take dbol early am 7.30 am, and then 12.30 pm (so peak dbol effect drains away it is replenished with a second round).

I eat very well, with high levels of liver cleansers (lepoic acid at night after dinner) and have high grade protein 4 times a day to coordinate with the dbol effect.

No water retention - seem to have healthy, but realistic strength gains. Workout 5 days a week (very hard).

I am still wainting for all this water retention, acne etc etc which is suppose to start occrring - but done thus far!

acne and other side effects differ from person to person from experience and friends experiences, one of my mates is covered in acne on his back/trunk and hes only taking 500mg/week test.... so u u dnt know wat too expect if its yr first time using a certain compound. but like me u seem to be lucky at this stage as far as sides go.

when and how ere you taking the dbol? All at once !!

How many hours a part?

Find sleeping difficult if taking later in the afternoon?

no way not all at once! lol! halflife of dbol is between 4-6 hours from memory. like you i had 20mg tabs too. one at 8am one at 12pm and last the 3rd one at 4pm, this was 60mg a day

** remember 40mg daily is recommended for 6 weeks (to be safe for liver etc) i was using 60mg daily for 4 weeks and have done both ways and found the 60mg/4weeks WAY BETTER! bgy week 4 if yr stacking with an injectable it would have started to be in full swing by then so 4 weeks all u need.

trouble sleeping? na bro i work lots and especially at the moment have long days so i didnt experience this.

these are just my opinions take from it wat u want, im not saying its right

My experence's with dbol haven't been particularly pleasent or worthwhile.

I have used it a few times at from 20mg/day up to 120mg/day stacked with other compounds, and I got noticable sides from it, water retention, acne and headach. And lost most weight gained when i came off.

In general I get almost no sides from anything else even with doses totaling 3000mg+/weekly

How long was the cycle at 30 mg dbol a day? Did you have weekends off? Were you taking any liver protectants on the cycle - milk thistle/lepoic acid?

The cycle was 30mg/day, also stacking it with test. Dont do a dbol only cycle its a waste of $$. You dont want to go too long on them cause of the damage they cause to the liver.... Yeah I was also taking milk thistle to boost my liver, hope this helps.

Also you dont wanna be taking 'days off' if your running it for 5 weeks, run it for 5 weeks straight, dont stop!!

So you recommend a shorter cycle, no days off, and reasonable dose. But is this one reason why many people using dbol suffer from water retention (other estrongenic effects) as well as acne, and then claim they don't retain their gains.

My gains appear to be retained, strength increases are good but not unrelasitically out of this world, and I have no water retention - in fact creatine gives me a lot more bloat.

Your thoughts?

Really you use dbol to kick start your cycle before the test kicks in. Thats crazy that you get more water bloat form creatine... i personally find that creatine does shit for me lol. Yeah Id say 4/5 weeks 30-40mg ed, but stack it with test...

I was taking 4 grams of Creatine Ehtyl ester a day for 6 weeks, and had massive blaot. Didn't realise how much I was retaining until 5 days after coming off the creatine. Every muscle fibre ached, and I must have had atleast 2-3 litres of water retention. Didn't notice because I was sweaty so much doing 20 km runs.

Dbol - I can't say I have anywhere that type of blaot.

honestly? my opinion would be that if d-bol is making u retain that much then get off it quick, go for something like stromba or oxandrolone, dbol either works or it doesn't better for some than others but if you want to stay on it increase your clomid perhaps as it may harden you up. generally if you're holding too much water then too much is aromatizing and you will get little in the way of real gain in size and strength. taking something that bonds tighter with the receptor may also help you again oxandrolone springs to mind , clomid or proviron would be ok tam would too but you get no aggressive focus so I always feel cheated spending my hard earned mulla on it. laterz

forgot to suggest that perhaps you start by taking half the dose. 15mg a day can work well for some and some need 50 for the same results. I used to max at 25mg a day but granted it was always part of a stack. incidentally 25mg a day is the figure that is suggested to stimulate hgh (in an old study) but I don't know if there is any truth in it, if there is then you're quids in because what follows hgh is of course ifg-1 and finally mfg...now that can't be bad...if its so of course! laterz
