G'day there,

I used to train years ago and liked it when I was 81kg with low fat, before that I was low 70's. (small frame) 44 years old.

Four months decided to go back at the gym and put some muscle on , so I decided I better learn what was going on now and thought looking for a local bodybuilding bulletin board would be good to read and research whats is working re sets/reps/supplements.

Spent the last four months getting joints and tendons strong and now at the stage of working out diet and training routine for more muscle.

Cool board, some good funny comments too.
