Cammo
Nutrition Facts: Serving size 2 heaped scoops (30g)Typical Analysis* Per 100g Per 30gEnergy Kcal 400 120kj 1675 502Protein (g) 77.3 23.2Fat (g) 5.8 1.7Carbohydrate (g) 6.4 1.9Sugars 6.3 1.9Sodium (mg) 205 62Potassium (mg) 620 186Calcium (mg) 330 99It's cheap because it's concentrate. There'll be no added BCAA's etc either I'd say.WPI or a WPI/WPC combo would be better but if it boils down to $$$, then it's an alright deal. Flex
It's a pure WPC so has around 6g BCAA's per serve as with most WPC's - if you need more than that then your best bet is to use a separate BCAA supplement rather than pay extra for the small amount of pixie dust that most of the manufacturers add.
