you tube is a shocker. and I HATE SWISS BALL TRAINING!!!! I have seen some crazy things done at the gym with the "big balls" squats, DB press, Bench press (heavy too) all sorts of crazy things. and the only ones that seem to promote crazy injury (in my mind) prone exercise techniques are PT's. maybe they are telling newbies that the only way to train is with a PT and a swiss ball. forget those big guys who use a DB and a bench. boring!
