Night-time Protein

What are the think-tanks on this?

Essentially a range of proteins that absorb at different speeds to ensure your muscles get "food" throughout the night.

I've been using Balance Night-time Protein which is a blend of Whey and Casein proteins, Micellar Casein in particular is one that has been found to increase anti-catabolism and keep a steady amino acid supply over a 7 hour period.

Anyone else use it?

Is it worth it?

I always have a protein shake at night but would not bother with 'specialty' products. I do however know people that set there alarm for 3-4am get up and make a shake. If your going to be that hardout better off to throw half a can of tuna into your shake at night and drink that. I got great gains from it..
