I have been watching a few never give up videos on youtube while I am preping for my comp.They remind me when my energy levels are feeling flat or average.I think I want to make you guys proud plus I have the chance to be on four websites which  are gym nation,go figure,muscle imageing and hopfuly Muscle xpo but I will have to ask Jo about that to see if I can be on her website.
