Can't  seem to access the site on library computers. Says I'm baned b4 I can sign in??

Hmm. It might be an IP address ban. That's usually reserved for overseas spammers, but sometimes we've done that to get rid a really persistant troll. What library was this? If you go to www.whatismyip.com/ from the library and let me know the IP address, I'll look it up.

Not just one library.. More than a few.. And it seems to be every computer. Papakura manurewa highland park howick panmure to name a few. It doesn't affect me a whole lot. I was just curious...
