My legs have always been my strong point,I dont train them alot now days as I want to bring way upper body up.

In fact I have only done two calve workouts in the last 5 years and they still measure 17 1/2 inchs.

My blood pressure is fine lol,I think I just need a tan!

Looking good bro - solid and leaner than a couple of years ago.

I have been in leaner condition in the last couple of years,got down to 'bout 7%-8%BF at one stage,should have taken some photos but I'm not much of a poser.

Thing i want to know is, does your face look different now than it did in the pics above?

I ripped my pec so I'm pretty much screwed for competing.

I did it just after the original photos I posted.I've had other injuries and niggly bits too

:shock: that looks terrible mate, what's the prognosis? you need surgery?

how do you eveb train or don't you

I've been reluctant to checked out surgery.The week after I tore it I flew out on holiday,when I got back three weeks later the blood had disipated and it had started to heal.

I'm am due at the docs week after next.I'll ask about it.

I've posted this pic on a few boards and people always ask about surgery...I should really do it..... I dont like the thought of the surgens knife.
