Hey everyone

Hi all. Great to see a NZ bodybuilding site at last.

Ive been trainging for about 4 years, started by accident realy. I dislocated my shoulder playing rugby in my last year of high school and started going to the gym to stregnthen it up again. It was all light shoulder press and bench for about a year and then slowly started reading up on bodybuilding, nutrition etc and really got into it after that.

looking forward to participating on these boards
