I_lift
I'm looking at competing next year (possibly) NABBA. At 28 years old I'm currently 108kgs, 6 ft 4in. I lift 5 times a week and do cardio 4 times a week (mornings). I've lifted on and off for a few years but was inspired by the recent NABBA Nationals.I'll keep you posted on my progress.
