Hey guys just wondering if anybody has done tear drop injections before?

Yep done it once, to see what it was like.

Worthwhile if u don't have big ones tho as small muscles respond best to site pins imo....feels like a bad case of the DOMS following days, one day had to sit down slowwwly as bending the leg reminds you where u pinned. Found my morning cardio a good way to get blood into the muscle and clears up any lingering pain.

Give it a go.

For sites best advice I ever got from a Pro and it works every time for me. First time pinning a new site use some oil. Just the virgin muscle reacts strongest first time around. Thereafter go for gold but to ovoid that "I pinned my calves and never do it again" crying u might hear from others, try it. Worked for me getting into site pinning and no probs with any site.
