Sup guys, new to the NZ forum.. Thought i'd start posting a bit so marswell share some pics!

Heres me at 60kg, just starting out lifting.. was 16 here.

about to do a big bulk, hopefully hit 90.. quite a way off though. Any input/recommendations would be appreciated :)

yea thats some good gains mate, dont forget the compounds and plenty of food

Hey Game_day, welcome to NZBB. That's some good progress you've made. What are your long-term goals? Any plans to compete?

Thanks dude. Um one day bro. I plan to bulk up to 90kg .. then cut down to 6-8%, and see how i'm looking then. If i'm looking complete enough, then i marswell keep dietting down and go for it! But if not, i'll just slowly try put on muscle in my lacking areas and then go from there :)

Thanks man. Yeah, writing myself a new schedule atm actually.. back day is gonna be a badddd day! Lol, bent over rows.. deadlifts.. supersets.. Yikes! Haha nah, all part of the fun.
