Posing training and Comp advice

Hey all

Just spoken to Richard and Anette and they will be running posing classes leading into the CHC Nabba/WFF show on the 30th. These classes will be great for anybody new to posing or those who just want some tweeking.

City Fitness Northwood, Christchurch

Friday 17:30 in the Group Fitness room.

Cost $20 per session.

Rich & Annette have run these leading up to several shows last year. Well worth the money to help get your posing in place. They give very good advise based on their success as International BBers.
