3 minute total

Attempted putting together the best total I could in 3 minutes straight last night

Decided I would try

300kg squat

190kg benchpress

260kg deadlift

750kg total

Squat and Bench went okay but forgot chalk and had no grip with sweaty hands on the deadlift so had to drop back to 240kg to finish the challenge

End result 730kg @ 121kg - 419 wilks points

Will try again (this time remember the chalk lol) and attempt

Around 320kg squat / 205kg bench / 275kg dead.

800 would be a sick number if I can manage it haha

To save time I'll either keep wraps semi on during bench or get someone to take them off me when I come out of squat rack.

That's really impressive and I apologise I had not taken Danny into consideration. You're right they would have a good comp in a super total setup.

Be interesting because Jono has the slight edge in the powerlifting movements but Danny would be ahead in the Oly movements. Maybe throw in some strongman stuff like a log press and farmers walk to really even it up and also make it more endurance based lol

Putting a time limit of say 3 min super total would mean it's anyone's game
