ThreeWhiteLights
I'd love to know who has the country's strongest strict standing military press (no seated presses, no leg drive / push presses) with the barbell starting from the clavicle. Off the top of the head I can think of Colm Woulfe, Sam Magele, Jono Mac etc but would love to hear of any other strict pressing beasts. Maybe even get some vids up? Opti, soundsgood etc :-)
Spacebound
seeing guys press over three plates is always absurd. would be cool to see some vids of local guys

Realtalk
A strict press is knees locked. I hardly ever see anyone so this. A guy in Sydney by name of Sebastian Oreb got a legitimate 150kg strict press at 95kg body weight and he isn't short either. Which I think is pretty impressive. Leeroid
140kg shoulder press would be ultimate. Never do them though cos they kill my rotators. Maxed out on them once last year and got 95kg with absolutely no leg bending. Dan green doing 2 strict reps with 140kg are mind blowing
ThreeWhiteLights
Yeah I'd say you'd be able to count on one hand the people in NZ that could strict 140kg/ 3pps. Would be cool to see some of you put up some vids
soundsgood
There's vids of me throwing up strict 130s on my FB and I tried 140 but haven't been able to nail it..... Yet. Haven't been able to lock it out the 2 times I've tried. For some reason I can seated press 140s for reps, not sure why it's so much easier
ThreeWhiteLights
I couldn't find any standing presses on your athlete page Hamish. You'll have to make a new one :-) I'm hoping this takes off as another Gymnation challenge thread tbh.

Wookie is on another level with his split presses and I've got no doubt he strict presses 3pps but not

Skeletor
Is Ron kingi related to Paul kingi?Dinnyj.... Fuaarrrrk wood wife.Lol yep shes a little beast . From what I can see of their #strengthsystem it seems they are just running something in the form of Bulgarian strength training . ie almost everyday bench and squat. He said in a post not long back that if you want to get good at something you have to do it everyday and when I look at dinnyjs clips it seems to fit exactly with the basic Bulgarian powerlifting template. The bench program I did was nothing like that though.
