Optimass
Pretty good definition for such a weight gain mate!I have said it before but we end up smaller on stage than we should really, you would look great losing 8% (incs water and fat) and be 110kg on stage....there's gotta b a way to do that 8) Jelly of your front delts because i dont have them hahaLegs do look good, proportion etc but can't see a diamond calf...Thanks mate == 110 would be my goal weight and as you say 8% off > not sure if I can pul it off this year though without sacrificing strength. In saying that last year was all about recomposition so I had to use a lot of cardio to condition but there was no way I was going to come in under 7 or 8% with having taken such a long break from competition. Last 4 weeks I have done no cardio at all - so dropping it in 3 times a week for 20 to 30min should bring down the water slightly provided I am taking enough in. Start tracking it this week. If I can work around this sort of fluctuation (10kgs) each year I think eventually I'll get it down to a high standard. I suspect if I were to get it right this year I'll be 108kg on stage so not far off @ 6%. But will have to wait and see - next year after the Sydney Powerlifitng Comp I will be dialing into bodybuilding exclusively. Will do some back poses laters = calves.
