Gasp Posted April 5, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 5, 2012 Thought it was about time that I updated some progress.Been doing some smoloving on the legs.Got some good results but have been working on eradicating injuries and therefore have sacrificed each of the last days set at the end of each week on each occasion to lower the stress, if that makes sense.Additionally I've used no belt or wraps and have been doing step ups on a 14" step using 10kg to 20kg dumbells.Managed to do 5mins with the 20s using a downloaded metronome at 40 pace today.
